Did you know that Fairview Park Dental is involved in supporting our community in many ways?

We have recently conducted an oral health education session at Iddy Bitty Kids Childcare Centre, Keithcott Farm Childcare Centre and earlier on at ABC Childcare Centre in Redwood Park. We would like to thank Romeo's Foodland at Greenwith for the Donation of Fresh Fruit.

We plan for our oral health education sessions to be an ongoing calendar item. Our aim is to plant the seed in the children early that prevention is the best dental plan, so that they will reduce the need for major dental surgery later in their lives.

Besides educating children, our clinic is proud to support the community in other ways:

  • We recently donated products to a group walking the Kakoda Trail, both for themselves and for them to give to the community there.
  • We have also donated toothbrushes and toothpaste to a group of primary school children making "Shoeboxes of Love" to donate to the children of poor countries at Christmas.
  • The clinic assisted the Victorian Bushfire victims by donating toothpaste and toothbrushes which were sent over by the Red Cross.
  • Currently the clinic also sponsors Golden Grove Football Club, Tea Tree Gully Football Club, Payneham and Old Collegians Rugby Club by providing below cost mouthguards.

We are always open to suggestions about how we can support our community - please approach our clinic staff.
